How are variable-weight items charged? Your displayed total is an estimate. The store confirms the final packed weight and amount before arranging payment.

Which products can ship? Look for the Shipping available badge. Eligibility is controlled item by item; perishables and restricted goods remain local delivery only.

How is shipping calculated? The estimate uses each item’s parcel profile, shipping weight, package size and quantity, then is verified again by the server when you place the order.

What happens when an item is unavailable? Your selected replacement preference guides the picker, and we can contact you for approval.
